Dance Group Fitness
Learn the routine before it's done to music: steps, hips, and arm styling are taught before doing it to music for a full body work out.
The class covers cha cha, salsa, rumba, merengue, bachata and swing. Great fun work out that you'll definitely feel the next day.
Every Wednesday from 7 pm to 8 pm. No partner needed and 10 dollar drop in fee.
